Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.
What we have done
- Every page uses semantic landmarks and a single, ordered heading structure, so screen readers can navigate by region and heading.
- A skip link at the top of every page jumps straight past the navigation to the main content.
- All functionality, including menus, accordions, filters and the image lightbox, works with a keyboard alone. Focus outlines are visible and never removed.
- Interactive controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, with clear labels for anything that only shows an icon.
- Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio against its background. Our brand green is used only on dark surfaces, where it reaches roughly 7.4 to 1, and a darker green is substituted on light backgrounds.
- Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- All animation respects the operating system "reduce motion" setting. With that enabled, movement is switched off and content appears immediately.
- Layouts reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Our company video is hosted on YouTube and uses their player, so its controls and captions are governed by YouTube rather than by us.
