Twenty years delivering fit outs for the UK's leading fast food and retail brands has made us the people they call for reimaging work that has to be quick, precise and identical everywhere.
One flagship or forty sites at once, the job is the same: hit the brand standard, hit the programme, and hand back a restaurant that can trade the next morning. Demanding timelines and complex rollouts are the normal week here.

Built to last.
We design, build and install bespoke joinery that has to look right and survive years of heavy use, all of it out of our own Lancashire workshop.
Educational furniture, commercial counters, staircases, feature bars, bespoke doors. High footfall, strict safety compliance and demanding aesthetic briefs are what our joiners have been solving since 1986.

Consultation and scope
Site assessments and detailed conversations give us a clear picture of how the space is actually used before anything is drawn.
Design and technical drawings
Full technical drawings for approval before a single board is cut, so the finished piece matches what you pictured.
In-house manufacture
Everything made in our own facility, from feature walls and bar fittings through to furniture and architectural millwork.
Delivery and installation
Our fitters work around live trading where they have to, and coordinate closely with the other trades on site.
Inspected to BS 1186-3
Joinery is checked against the relevant standards before handover, for immediate use and long-term performance.

Full Cat A and Cat B fit out. Ceilings, partitions, flooring, services coordination and the decorative finishes that turn an empty shell into somewhere people want to be.

The full interior build to your specification: joinery, feature elements, branding, furniture and finishes.
Snagging and handover
A thorough snagging process and a formal handover, so the last details are right before you take the space.

Working with architects and structural engineers on the full design package, plus planning applications and pre-construction coordination.
Groundworks and structure
Foundations, drainage, structural frame and weathertight shell, managed by our own site teams.
Services
Full mechanical and electrical coordination including heating, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection, data and lighting design.
Interior fit out
Our joinery and interiors teams take over for the full internal build, so there is no gap between structure and finish.
Commissioning and handover
All building services commissioned, statutory sign-offs completed and a formal handover pack, ready to occupy.

Modern standards.
Refurbishment, renovation and conservation using traditional building techniques, delivered to the compliance and programme standards a modern job demands.
Not every project starts with a blank canvas. Sensitive heritage restorations, listed building refurbishments, commercial renovations in occupied premises: we know where the complications hide.

Survey and condition assessment
A thorough survey of what is actually there, including condition and any specialist requirements, before design begins.
Listed building and planning
Experience with Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area requirements and local authority heritage officers.
Specialist conservation works
Traditional masonry, lime work, timber frame repair and leadwork, managed in-house wherever we can.
Sensitive refurbishment
Careful, methodical work that respects the original building while meeting the performance a commercial use needs.
Handover and documentation
Full documentation of everything carried out, which for listed buildings matters as much as the work itself.

Flawless finish.
Cornerstone is one of Corian®'s exclusive trained fabrication specialists, certified to design, manufacture and install solid surface work to their standards.
Seamless worktops, reception desks, feature wall cladding and complex architectural details. The material is the finish of choice anywhere hygiene, looks and longevity all have to hold at once.

Working with your design team on colours, thicknesses and profiles, with access to the full DuPont range.
Technical detailing
Drawings for every element, accounting for thermal movement, joint positions and fixings before fabrication starts.
Workshop fabrication
Thermoforming, routing, bonding and finishing in our own controlled workshop, to certified standards.
Site installation
Our certified fitters install with invisible seams, correct falls and the seamless look Corian is bought for.
Warranty and aftercare
As certified fabricators we can offer manufacturer-backed warranties, which matters on a long-life investment.
