What we were
asked to solve
Crow Wood's expansion is one of the most ambitious hospitality developments in Lancashire. We were appointed to build it and fit it out, from groundworks to final handover, with every stage run by our own team.
The scheme called for a fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar, grand bar with a compass floor inlay, lounges, a grand ballroom, hotel reception and leisure facilities. All to a luxury specification, on a fixed programme, alongside a venue that was still operating.
Six distinct spaces, one standard, and a live hotel running next door the whole time.
Our approach
How Cornerstone
delivered it
One contract covered the lot: design coordination, structure, joinery manufacture and interior fit out, all delivered by our own people. Our workshop made every reception desk, bar front, wall panel, banquette and piece of furniture.
Corian went in throughout for the reception counters, bar tops and feature surfaces, fabricated and fitted by our certified team. Every space was finished to the same standard.

New-build hotel delivered on programme and to specification, now a landmark venue for Lancashire.
All bespoke joinery made in-house: reception desks, bar fronts, banquettes, panelling and furniture across every space.
Certified Corian installation throughout, from worktops and bar tops to architectural surfaces.
Ballroom, restaurant, cocktail bar, grand bar and leisure facilities all run as one managed programme.
Outstanding client feedback, and a hotel that has made Crow Wood a destination in its own right.
