We run reimaging programmes from pilot site to final handover. Joinery is made centrally in our Lancashire workshop, teams work on several sites at once, and each closure is planned hour by hour. Greater Manchester is under an hour from our base.

Every screen, counter and seating unit is made as bespoke joinery in our own workshop, so the fifth site matches the first and installation on site is quick.
Rollout and short closures
Teams work across several sites at once, with closures planned hour by hour and interior fit out trades coordinated so each site reopens on time.
