Whether your project calls for a single bespoke reception desk or a full fit-out specification, Cornerstone Group designs, manufactures and installs precision joinery that holds its quality against any conditions. From high foot-fall hospitality environments to education projects, everything is built by our in-house experts to the tolerances and timelines you set.
Our manufacturing joinery scope covers a full range of commercial and architectural joinery. Whether you need single, standalone products or co-ordinated packages across a range of joinery categories, our team handles design, production, finishing and installation.
Every manufactured joinery project presents its own challenges, whether that’s managing high footfall, ensuring safety compliance or delivering a finish that stands up to constant use. Our manufactured joinery is designed to support clear layouts, intelligent zoning and robust performance, without compromising on design quality.
Every project starts with a detailed site assessment and scoping discussion. This gives us a clear understanding of how your space operates day to day from the traffic it handles, the compliance requirements it needs to meet, and the expected finish standard. We use this to identify where joinery can add the most functional and visual value.
Our design team works from your brief and, where needed, from CAD drawings and 3D models to develop detailed manufacturing specifications before a single piece of timber is cut. This front-end investment reduces costly revisions during production and on site.
Production takes place entirely within our manufacturing facility, using CNC machining and precision bench joinery to hold tight tolerances across every component. Finishing options include spray painting, French polishing, and factory-applied treatments, depending on the specification.
All joinery is checked against the relevant quality standards, including BS 1186-3 where applicable, and against your original specification, covering timber grade, securing method, and finish quality. Handover is clean, documented, and ready for immediate use.
Cornerstone Group supplies manufactured joinery across a wide range of commercial and public sector environments. Each sector creates different specifications and demands on the final product so our manufacturing process is set up to meet those demands, whether that’s high-durability finishings for busy retail environments or co-ordinated furniture packages to fit a particular style of brand image.
We handle all design development, manufacturing, finishing and site installation in-house. For you, that means one point of contact and no gaps between what you specify and what’s delivered.
Every joinery product we produce is checked against the specification it was made to, from timber grade, jointing method, finished quality and BS 1186-3 compliance where appropriate. This is a standard part of our process.
Before we manufacture anything, we take the time to understand how your product will be used and where it’ll be installed. This ensures we deliver products that serve their practical purpose but also fit in with any surrounding brand elements.
Whether you’re specifying joinery products for hospitality, healthcare or commercial premises we’ve got extensive experience across a range of sectors, meaning we understand the environments our products will be placed in.
How do you ensure finished products match the design specifications?
We start every project with a detailed discussion and site assessment so we know exactly what you want and can see how it will fit and work into its actual environment. Doing this means we can identify any constraints and priorities before we start. And because our design, manufacturing and installation teams are in-house, nothing gets lost in translation or misinterpreted.
What lead times can we expect for our products?
We’re used to working to strict deadlines and can provide more accurate lead times once we understand your project in detail. One thing to consider is we’re not reliant on external suppliers, which can often cause delays.
Can you create bespoke joinery products?
Yes and this actually makes up most of the projects we work on. Whatever sector or environment we’re working in or whatever journey products we’re manufacturing we can handle intricate specifications and bespoke requests.
